yeah... i'm not too sure as WHO is SHE... but my impression is that she is NOT happy. At first I thought it was about some chick he was living with and she was pissed off at him about something... probably from him being 'stoned'.... "wider than, higher than, you know" but again as too WHO SHE is... it seems that it could be his mom... but the last line in the song could be him explaining to his mom why is last relationship didn't work out, stating that he "is just a boy" and therefore was too immature.
At first I skipped through this song, but after a few listens, I actually like this song now quite a bit.
