If you really put all the lyrics together, I believe the inspiration of this CD is based on LASERS (vibes[me/you]). This is him beginning to feel the effects on him feeling as if he isn't completely here.
It was my first time dropping and overall, life changing experience for the better.
It says in the song "I don't get high, life keep me at a decent height." I'm not super informed about all the metaphors for different drugs, but that strikes me as saying he doesn't do them. Or do you mean in general and not specific to drugs?

Edit. When you take LSD your whole life does really 'flash' before you, but its not in a visual sense but rather a feeling sense.
