This song is about the thing that makes you turn around and face God. It's supposed to be devastating. A complete letdown. And it is. But it's beautiful, because despite what just happened, you're standing face-to-face with God, and you realize that's not what you're here for. Yeah. You can stand around and cry about it. Or you can see that you don't belong here. And while everyone else is running this wild goose chase, trying to fit in and live the easy life, you've joined the "church of the drop outs, the losers," etc. And you just... don't belong here. You belong with God. And wherever he leads you is where you will go. :)
