Actually, I think it's "rowdy fan," as "lowly" doesn't make much sense. EIther way, "thug" is definitely wrong.
Also, you get YOUR rattle, in both instances.
And, "My LINE was flat but now it's been raised," the line being that of an electrocardiogram.
There might be another mistake or two, but those are the only one's I am confident in correcting.
