This song really creeps me out, more than any other Smog song (or maybe any other song in general). I think that the brother and sister had a sort of incestuous relationship (nonconsensual on the sister's part most likely). The brother, however, sounds strangely enthusiastic or happy, maybe knowing that his sister can never tell anyone.
