I, too, thought that this song was very loosely a reference to sex. After I heard and read the lyrics and had time to mull it over, I kind of dropped my original thought, but somewhere deep down, I still really want this song to mean sex.

But that doesn't have to be a bad thing; it leaves their music up to interpretation. The other reason is because Ween keeps my mind almost permanently in the gutter. :)
