Pretty easy to get the literal meaning--girl is in love with the speaker, who seems to be a vampire. He thinks he's a monster and doesn't think they should be involved with one another. Finally though he just kind of gives in, bites her (though it seems to be out of necessity, as I think she's being attacked by a zombie? haha), and lets them be evil together.
So pretty Twilight, haha. Way more fun though. <3
But if I can be one of those assholes who looks for deeper meanings in everything, I think it can be applied to regular people too; you know you're not good enough to be with this person, you've got issues and are messed up, but they're still there for you and you go through everything together.
