Mattack and repusnam, I think you guys both have the right idea; 'Red Museum' is the title of The X-Files' 10th episode in season 2. In the episode, the phrases "He is one," and "She is one" are the marked on the backs of the kidnapped victims.
The plot also centers around a religious cult with similar principles to Buddhism (i.e. vegetarianism, non-violence, belief in the ability to attain enlightenment).
It's an interesting double reference, and I wonder if there is more to it than this. Any ideas?
