Basically a player who got into this girls life, mostly looking for a piece of ass. But, he made it seem like he was in love with her, like she was so much more. Maybe he did at one point care about her, but in the end she basically got used for sex; even though she was in love with the guy. And, by the end of the song, it's about awhile after he left her and she still can't get over him. He's still there, in her head, still making her cry, she's still crazy about him and whenever she sees him she gets those same old feelings, only to be shut down in remembering he never really cared... ;\
