This song takes me back to the mid fifties in Cuba. It was a song I heard often song by friends of my parents. I was around ten years old. This was at a time during the Cuban revolution when there was a lot of hope in the air. We call that time, "When Cuba laughed". It was before the Castro police state had taken over and changed everything for the worse.
