I think this is about a guy just using a girl for sex and not really thinking it's a big deal, and the girl lying to her friends and saying that they really care about each other, even if she knows they don't love each other or anything. "I told you that I wanted nothing more" is him saying that he didn't want anything other then sex. When he says, "did you really think i meant every word i said? When we're lying in your bed, head-to-head" He's saying that he shouldn't really be listening to what he's saying, because he's just saying it to get in her pants basically. It's kinda sad, but he points out in the beginning that he didn't want a relationship.
