This song reminds me of a past relationship where the girl put her whole hart into it but I was cold and emotionless (harder than marble stone). She did everything she could or that I wanted her to (I said jump and mamma you did) in an attempt to keep the thing going. Once I finally realized what was happening I understood that she thought this was normal, but I knew it wasn't and had to end it because I wasn't the one. She wanted it all (my love) but I gave her none. The fact that the song uses the present participle rather than the past makes me think more of a situation where a girl wants a guy, but he knows he is heartless and cold and not what she needs rather than a past event, but I can still (unfortunately) relate.
Also, in a completely different genre, the song 'Someday You Will Be Loved' by Death Cab for Cutie comes to mind.
