The only conclusion I can come up with is that this song is about her kinda stalking a boy. The boy is rejecting her but she is refusing to accept it and now she won't leave him alone. So now, she is doing anything in her power to get with him and try and convince him their love is real, despite his opposition.

She clearly speaks about speaking without reason or forethought. In other words, she's getting desperate and will say (and perhaps do) anything at this point.

The chorus is just a little love poem to this guy. Kinda sweet but, in the context of the song it becomes a little creepy. She's tried of begging this guy to love her as well. She feels she is getting closer to breaking through to this guy (again, despite his opposition). "...you can run but I'll run faster" just emphasizes the point that she wants this more than he does.

When it comes to the music video, it starts out with CnBK in a monster suit, walking about town handing out fliers, which she receives from a local store owner. After getting home and out of the suit, she clearly thinks of this suit as a person; eying it seductively, watching TV, and even sleeping with it. I feel this best represents this growing obsession with the guy.

Later on, she awakes to find that the suit has actually come alive. It greets her in bed, makes her breakfast, and goes about town in a happy manner (without her inside), until it gets into a fight with a small child. At home, CnBK is seen singing and dancing, clearly joyous over this new relationship that has been forged. This best represents the delusional relationship she is seeking/imagining her and this guy are in.

After, the suit arrives home, frustrated and annoyed, going so far as to actually attack CnBK. Retaliating, CnBK gets into a fight with the monster suit, destroying it in the process. Wound up, she gets in to bed, only to awake as one with the suit. She is the monster, and the monster is her. Finally, I feel this is simply a comment on how all this is in her head.

Overall, CnBK once again melds the worst and most dark aspects of ourselves and society with a positive and upbeat tune successfully. The lyrics and their meaning juxtapose the tone of the singing and composition in a way that makes light of our worst parts.
