To me it's like they're having a go at the Government, or Governments around the world even. "Who are you to tell me how to live my life? / I do give a fuck [about my country/what's going on]", and the references to war, and religion. I also really like this line: "I heard you don't have to wear a suit to argue the truth" because it's so true.
Then the positive spin is pushing for peace, making change for the better and feeling addicted to life, and actually living life. It's got a lot of light and shade in it.
I don't normally care for hiphop songs but I do like this one, I think it has some good messages.
