The chimes in the song remind me of a casino. Also, for a long time before considering the meaning I was trying to figure out what that crazy bass grumbling is in the song and concluded (I think) that it's fingers tapping nervously.

@jilliom Totally agree. Everyone else seems to think this song is about drugs? The number of card references in this song is pretty unmistakable.
