I may be completely off but I don't think this is just about "breakup sex" but more so about the woman ending the affair she's having with this guy. The sex is good and rough (lol) in the act of adultery but she's in a relationship and is choosing that over the affair since she knows it's wrong.
They have "gotta end the affair/goodbye sex" He still wants her, and possibly wants her to stay with him - hence the lines "while she's breaking his heart, she still fucks like a tease" and "you'll never touch him again, so leave while you can. Leaving him empty, just because he's a man."
It's also like the guy is giving her either an option to stay or to leave and "we'll never be friends." and obviously it doesn't continue.
"one more night, the end should be a good one."
