I think it sounds like an obsessive kind of love. He's completely in love, willing to die for this girl, even commit suicide, but never thinks he can do enough for her 'no it's never enough'. It's possible she's already dead, 'hollow bones' and 'your eyes who's silence knows best'. The eye metaphor shows how there's no emotion in them, and from the 'knows best' it's possible she never returned any kind of love towards him when she was alive. In the end, he ends up committing suicide because he knows he'll forever be in love with this dead girl "did you hear my heart stop beating?" The opening line, "I'm not afraid to let you kill me," could be foreshadowing his suicide and he doesn't mind, since he has already died in a way since she's no longer alive.

Just my interpretation, bloody amazing song.
