Kerli's describing that commonplace carefree party-girl phased that shows up in place of any lady who drinks that much, out of not having confidence or lack of uptightness, in parties with alcohol. She takes over these poor insecure ladies, perhaps becoming better known as her drunk outspoken/entertaining self, all the same, commonplace enough to be considered from afar and every turn as a whole single: "she." The first impression of both such a distant image and the title suggest that "she" is a happy, wholesome party girl, but once the party/ies end and the following morning comes, she's no more; hence "she's at parties," sub-meaning she only exists at parties and nowhere else. almost as if she were a commonplace party decoration rather than a real girl who travels to and eventually leaves the parties. People will remember her, perhaps hardly noticing her, as "she."
