An anti-war statement regarding Thatcher's handling of the Falklands -
"I heard you shout for yesterday But I was sleeping on the job And I dreamt of fighters miles away Whose lives I had to rob"
It also has references to prehaps the lack-of credit the soilders recieved -
"Here you have this medal You can even melt it down Or frame it in the living room Everytime you turn around"
The Blue Skinned Beast is also a reference to Thatcher, with her party The Conservative's colour being blue.
:)Great song!
I'll buy the Falklands War and Thatcher but also joining up to go to War for a country is also like making a deal with the Devil.
