This is totally true, and the only way someone can make it really big in the celebrity world in Hollywood nowadays, is to be chosen by the organisation, but they then own that person - there are many talented people who can write their own songs, and can sing a lot better, but if that face doesn't fit, then the organisations won't want you - although some artists will add in their own lyrics sometimes, it has to be approved by the organisations, and the videos are manufactured by the organisations. That's the part of it that I don't like. And I got a feeling that the masons supply the singers and rappers with plenty of drugs aswell.
