Well... anyone can take the lyrics how they want it. This is probably my favorite album of 2010 mostly because of the lyrics. He could be talking about an asshole friend but I related with the chorus the most.

I just got out of a terrible relationship and it ended because she's weak and just quit because it required work so the first two lines I see as when she realizes she made the biggest mistake of her life and tries to come back for help or whatever, I'll just leave her to her fate. The relationship is over and I realized she's the worst person ever and I'm so much better off. As for the second verse (yes it says gentlemen) I just can't wait to see her burn for how she treated me.
