really, its kind of self explanitory. Leave it to beaver is an old tv show that was basically about a white family living in a white naborhood. When lotto compared him to it because he's white, he came back with a joke about the show, that beavers mom may have said "Ward, i think you were too hard on the beaver last night," and at the same time, calling New World pussies.
