I actually feel like this is a sorted of messed up relationship, but I feel like they're in a car crash cause of how much stuff they're on, and she knew it was coming, but because of where she is in her head she can't bring herself to care.

I think she thinks that he's wrong for her, but she really loves him, so she's letting go of her inhibitions and fears, even though she knows she could die. If that makes any sense.
