I think the song is about a girl the singer dated (or maybe they were just friends?) when they were younger and how she spiraled down. The lines "they'd find you laying there on several different homes ... And lure you into their room ... That was love I could not allow/You were beautiful then/you're just a coke jaw now" makes me think that she became a drug addict and then resorted to prostitution in order to support her habit. It could also be the other way around, where she had to sell herself for some other reason and then turned to drugs to cope. Either way, it was too much for the singer to handle and he tried to distance himself from her.
