Yeah, it's most likely about a secret/hidden relationship type thing. Maybe it's just me, but I was listening to this the other day and the first verse especially made me think of a vampire/human relationship. Like I could really see them using this on a show like True Blood or something. I don't know I'm starting to think all the vampire themes in pop culture are seeping into my brain now. Kinda lame, I know, but hey, it's a thought.
