The chorus is about how yes, he was wants her but the drugs(stuck in colder weather) is what's keep him away. He doesn't want her to deal with his baggage so he says maybe when he stops (maybe tomorrow will be better). The rest of the quorus is self-explanatory. Then it it talks about how much he misses her and how he lost her because of the drug use.
