I'm not the biggest H&H fan, but this song is fantastic. It just seems to be a sweet yet somber look at love between two people (through the eyes of one) that still seems to be infatuated with another...though he's willing to lustfully move on to another.
due to the title being "Three Penny Charm" i've looked for loose connections to the great play "Three Penny Opera" though their doesn't seem to be any.
