Personally, I feel like this song is about being abused sexually as well. The lines "Tears start. Don't tell." for example; She (or he) is in despair because of the way the abuse makes them feel, or has made them feel, but the entire their abuser tells them not to tell. And the whole "You feel good. You feel right." lyric pieces could be their abuser telling them how good they feel and trying to justify what he or she is doing to the abused person. And the "Tears just started over you but I'm not over you." is, in my opinion, the protagonist speaking about how they can't get over what has happened to them. That's just my interpretation...
