this is missing that 'god only knows what i'd be without you' or whatever he says part. this song is beauiful though and i think it's about finding that one person you needed all along to help you be better person and to be able to love them like they deserved to be loved is your only goal when with them . you've made a few mistakes with them, and in your past, and you've hurt them but you're trying to make things right. I'm not very sure but this song hits home with me.
