Domestic violence. Nickelback really has an interisting choice of themes. I think it's really good they chose this one, though. The only part that I don't get is when he says "She's just a women". Does he mean that because she is a women she shouldn't go through such things? Cause that wouldn't fit, usually it's the male partner that beats his wife up. Does anyone has ideas about that one?
I think when he says,"She's just a woman...never again", he is referring to the fact she is no longer just a woman. She is a victim of abuse. She is his punching bag. He no longer sees her as just a woman. She will no longer see herself as just a woman, either. She will see herself as broken, hurt, damaged....

"She's just a woman" is a direct plea from the narrator (Chad) to the perpetrator (the abuser). Kind of a man-to-man thing.
