First of all I want to say that this is probably my favorite songs from Brightwood {:
To me, this song means that a girl/guy waiting for his/her husband/wife and despite he or she may not know who that person is, that they are waiting for him/her in their heart.
When time finally comes and they meet each other everything seems perfect and they knew they were meant for each other, of coarse there will be problems like in any relationship but that person will wait until the day they can truly say "I love you."
I also believe this is a christian approach and that although their are many guys/girls out there, that he/she trusts in God and waits for that one person that will love with all their heart.
