I think this song is about how alot of people are only interested in all the negative things and have their own opinions on the to get by. And really they don't know what's wrong or right anymore because the chorus "Being Negative is the best" is showing they are negative about being negative if you get what I mean and "I'm feeling so happy I'm depressed" They are so happy about thselves the world is so negative to them wich makes them sad and "give my love to my enemies" is they know they hate them but they live them so they are confused and "I'm paranoid and that's ok with me" well usually no one wants to be paranoid. But that's what I think =)
