I get the impression that when a guy wants to blow off a girl this is what he would text to her. She turns it around. Like in "Kiss and Tell" when she uses the term "slut" to refer to a guy who brags about sex. To me what is so disconcerting here is her anger, but the song itself is just beautiful.
