He's saying he doesn't blame anyone if his music doesn't appeal to them anymore and that he thinks of himself as a fad. that one day people will forget him and he's just not certain how he will feel about it when that day arrives. And while many people like his band right now, and his name is out there and many people know who he is; it still leaves him lonely because he doesn't have many friends or time to do the things he used to because of the band and all the things that come with the fame.
