Well, in my opinion the song entails the story of not specifically a chicken (or vampire chicken for that matter), but all animals being raised and slaughtered by people, and the relationship we have with those animals.
True, judging only by the chorus the song could refer to any act of slaying - human, animal, vampire, etc.
But lets read the verse and second chorus -
"The hatred I bestowed, Upon your neck with a fatal blow" - the most common method of animal execution is by throat slitting.
"From my teeth and my tongue - I've drank and swallowed, but it's just begun, Now you are mine" - eating the flesh and drinking the blood of the animal, some pagan cultures believed it even gave the individual the power that the beast he consumed had.
"I'll keep killing you until the end of time" - people always have and might always will enslave and eat animals. (same context in second chorus - "It never ends... The pain, the torment and torture, profanity")
