The part of this song that will redeem or permanently condemn it for me is this (I do not like the Vocoder effect and agree that she's way more talented than this song would indicate) ...
Is she saying there is a voice in her head saying she is not strong enough, and she's trying to overcome it? Or is she telling the guy (who's going to "be the lonely one") he's not strong enough?
If she's fighting some inner battle for self-esteem, then the song's pretty cool. If she's playing psych games trying to undermine a guy who's obviously decided to leave her, then it's garbage.
