Dave stated at a concert once that this song is about (paraphrasing) "Being in a destructive relationship, but the sex is just so good you never want it to end" Which is kind of what I always got out of it anyways. "I'll stuff myself in a pit of darkness, and I'll slam till I can't see home" is obviously about sex in that context.
I also personally think it's a relationship involving an older man and younger woman... "Do you want to milk the syrup of a thousand year old man?" and "Shall we fuck each others babies?"
I think a lot of people mistakenly interpret Monster Magnet lyrics as all being about drugs (which is understandable, since Dave does often mention drugs) when they're usually about something deeper. I think Dave uses drugs as a metaphor for other things quite often.
