I believe that this song is about how people say that they don't believe in Fighting, cheating, lying (all those bad things), but in reality, they commit actions every day that would definetely infer that they do support those actions. That's why the lead singer is speaking the truth and instead of saying "killing is wrong." like all the other hypocrits and eventually committing an action like everyone else that would show that he believes otherwise, he proudly declares, "I BELIEVE IN HOMICIDE!"
