"Now you wish she'd never / Come back here again / Oh, never come back here again." And now you're feeling guilty about it so you wish to never see her again.
The "Jesus part" is about how the guy in feeling guilty and yet he accuses the girl for tempting him, because he saw other guys with her and it made him wanting her and everything. That's something rapists tend to do quite a lot, posing themselves as victims of the person they raped.
