This speech by Martin Luther is about how we as human beings are becoming more and more ruthless towards each other. As the song progresses onwards, King's voice becomes increasingly more emotionless and robotic... just like we humans are becoming so emotionless to the point that we can do such horrible things, as mentioned in the speech, to each other.
i do agree with this post but i believe that if you look at the context where its not the full speech it can be interpreted a little different I believe that you can look at the excerpt like if you love someone that person is your house of worship because you love them so much that you conscience forces to tell them how you feel and sometimes they don't feel the same way so the part about burning humans with napalm could symbolize them not feeling the same way is them burning you with napalm because is not love...
