I think since WCAR was getting called Christian on their first album, they made this new song, clearly stating that they aren't Christian and don't believe in that.
"When we wake up to the lives that we've created.
We'll see we built nothing, but destroyed it.
So turn around and head back the way you came.
I'll follow you, encourage you, we'll be steadfast in our way.
And as we make it back to where our lives branched off.
We will take the path we should have taken all along."
"We have Christian dudes in our band and we have non-Christian dudes in our band, and as a whole, we're not a Christian band. We definitely get it, but we also get it a lot because our music, as a whole, has a positive message to it, and there aren't a whole lot of bands with a positive message who aren't Christian bands. Typically, it's just Christian bands who promote a positive message. Just because we have a message, and it's not about killing each other, we get the Christian band tag."

I've known about WCAR for long enough that I should have heard about this song by now. Found it on youtube the other day since I still don't own "To Plant A Seed" :(, and I absolutely love it!

The imagery from this song is fascinating to me. But overall, I'd have to say to me, this song is about how hard it is for humans to change habits, to move on from our pasts, and to look forward. The line about "sleeping on stones" confused me at first, but I think the stones are an analogy...

The line about "sleeping on stones" confused me at first, but I think the stones are an analogy to those habits, and how at the beginning, they aren't all that comfortable or enjoyable, but as time goes on, they get "formed to our spines", and become part of us, part of who we are.
The only thing about WCAR is that their lyrics aren't too cryptic. So, I probably restated the obvious lol.

and on top of that your reason for saying they don't believe from the lyrics in the song are completely incorrect
