jnydn you are spot on with your thoughts of 9-11...they played this at their last concert and explained that this song was about the attacks on the world trade centre. Terrorism isn't a 'fair fight'. Like all songs though, it has a different meaning to everyone who hears it.
I agree with scottfray that it has different meanings to everyone because i never would have guessed that it was about 9-11, i thought it was about a relationship that went to far and then broke up leaving feelings of regret. I guess it all about perspective...
