I think this song is about only seeing things as black or white, good or bad.
"God come down.....youre the one who claims to care"
--not getting everything you want or something goes wrong, instead of thinking that maybe its meant to be, you just assume God doesn't care.
"Little lamb....wanna kill you"
--Only seeing killing a lamb as cruel, instead of seeing it as a traditional sacrifice in the eyes of the church.
But then again Morrissey never really did agree with the church.
This is just how I see it, as only seeing things in life from one perspective.
