This song is so beautiful, I'm dissapointed it has only three comments. When I heAr it, I think it's about becoming ensnared in the beauty of a city, and the fast paced excitement of life in one. The lines "and it's further to fall down, 'cause you fly so high" are referring to how glamorous and exciting everything seems, and how high people in the city appear to live, but how that can shatter in an instant, and come crashing down around them. "I've never seen such high hopes/tired eyes" supports this as well, because I see it as people in the city having big dreams, and working hard to attain them, often with little success, making them tired and embittered. "Clear skies gonna fall on you" is the dream inevitably falling apart, and crashing down on the person. Just my rough interpretation, I'm not very good at putting my thoughts into words.
