I see alot of talk on the older Linkin Park songs about how they aren't 'good' or 'mature' enough. But if you want to look at song from Minutes To Midnight or A Thousand Suns people are complaining because they want 'old' LP back. I am a bit confused by this. Bands make music, they change, grow and mature. It's just part of it.
I have grown quite fond of them. Linkin Park, ftw.
I think most fans have found themselves in a spot where the band they once loved has gone in a direction opposite of what they liked about them in the first place. The new music Linkin Park has packaged to it's loyal fans seems to be instead directed towards trying to find new fans. We simply don't fit the record companies demographic anymore so they must try to appeal to the new generations. That's just how it is..
