well I think you're right ilovethekillers21 but I think she didn't crash because of the drugs...

She's innocent, because she got flashed by the sunlight. Then she crashed with her car and fell down the bridge...
"The setting sun with music on"
I think this proves that she is in a car and that the sun caused her crash.
With this interpretation the song is quite ironic... and i love it :)
