makes me think of people who are judged for being gay, you know the hardcore christian guys who are all like "you're going to hell just because you're in love with another man" blah blah blah.
to me it sounds as if someone is judging the two of them, looking down upon them, and he's saying that he's in it with her, whatever happens it happens to the both of them .. "my love it's quite a thrill" .. it's dangerous, but they're in it together, regardless of what everyone else thinks. and maybe .. without her, it wouldn't be okay, but while she's there he doesn't care what the world thinks, it's only them.
not saying it's about being gay, obviously, but older people always seem to be quick to judge young people in love.
