I believe the song is about a relationship with, God, a woman or anybody...and he is seeking the truth the answers to the lies that life has given him, and A) God he seeks the truth to be saved, the way also the part that says forever be bleeding might be a reference of Jesus bleeding on the cross... B) Woman could be a realtionship gone bad to where the woman has been rumored to do him wrong or he has reason to believe she has and he wants answers now or end the relationship...C) pretty much the same just maybe a close friend instead, Thats what i think of in the song ^^
