I imagine a car crash somewhere deep in the woods, and a woman is lost in the woods and comes to a clearing or a river, and finds her broken body lieing there, and has to come to terms with her own death. Its like a narative of the death of a woman and how she surrenders and accepts death, downward is heavenward could mean that the frightening and nihilistic acceptance of death is not so bad, its like heaven to finally be able to aknowledge and accept the truth no matter how painful it is.
