If you read the first verse, as well the first 2 lines of the second verse (blindfolding) its all a description of a beheading. "Meet Your Master" is a line used to tell someone its time for you to die, go meet god. A beheading, historically speaking, was almost tradition in a revolution overthrowing what they thought a tyrannical rule. Though like many revolutions, the execution merely led to civil unrest and political struggle (the chorus eludes to this impending "disaster").
